For Airbnb & Vrbo hosts

Keep more when guests come back

We build your own booking website, a card guests can scan with their phone, and a simple way to save their email — so when they return, they book with you and you keep more of the money.

  • We never take a cut of your bookings
  • Cancel monthly help anytime
  • Your website address belongs to you
  • Two weeks of small fixes after you go live

Your booking website

A simple site with your photos, dates, and a way for guests to book again.

Phone-scan card

A card for inside your rental. Guests point their phone at it and save your link.

Guest emails

A place for guests to leave their email so you can invite them back.

Safe card pay

Guests pay by card online. Other pay options can be added if you want them.

Your website address

We set the site up under your account. You keep ownership and control.

What changed

What changed on Airbnb

Airbnb now takes about 15.5% from the host on each booking — a change that started in late 2025. You pay that fee every time someone books through Airbnb. You do not pay it when they book straight with you.

$115 booking through Airbnb

Guest pays$115.00
Airbnb takes about 15.5%− $17.80
You keep (before your costs)$97.20

$200 a night through Airbnb

Nightly rate$200.00
Airbnb takes about 15.5%− $31.00
Every time they rebook thereunless they book with you

Keep Airbnb for new guests. Use this for guests who already love your place.

What you get

What we build for you

Three simple pieces — built once. We don’t take a cut. You’re never locked into a long contract.

Part 1

Your own booking website

A website with your photos and available dates. Past guests can book again straight with you — and you don’t pay Airbnb’s cut on that stay.

Part 2

A card guests scan with their phone

A ready-to-print card for inside your rental. Guests point their phone camera at it on the way out and save your booking link for next time.

Part 3

A way to save guest emails

A simple form where guests can leave their email if they want updates. Bigger plans can send thank-you and “come back” emails for you after they leave.

Friendly email to a past guest

Built by hosts

We use this on our own three places in Tennessee and North Carolina — then we build the same thing for other hosts.

How it works

Simple steps from start to finish

You keep your website address and your online account. We build it, then hand it to you.

  1. Send your property details and photos

Your prices, how you track open dates, where you’re located, house rules, and photos that feel like your place.

  2. Website + phone-scan card in about 5–7 work days

Your booking site plus a card ready to print. We put the site on the internet under your account.

  3. Two weeks of small fixes after you’re live

Change wording, swap a few photos, update house rules or contact info, and fix little problems — as much as you need for 14 days.

  4. Add monthly help later — or don’t

Keep the one-time website only, or later add guest emails, seasonal notes, or help showing up on Google. Your choice.

Simple money math

One extra booking through your own site each month often covers the monthly fee.

Plan 2 at $99 a month — one $150-a-night booking through your site saves about $23 vs Airbnb. Two bookings usually more than covers the monthly fee.

Plan 3 at $149 a month — two bookings through your site each month usually covers the fee.

Plan 4 at $299 a month — two or three direct bookings covers the fee; every booking after that means more money in your pocket.

When the one-time site pays for itself

The one-time website often pays for itself after about 11–15 bookings through your own site — then every return stay after that is extra money for you.

We never take a cut. No long contracts. Cancel monthly help anytime.

Start with just the website. Add after-stay emails, seasonal notes, or Google help later — only if you want to.

Optional light care (Plan 1 only) — example $49–$79 a month, cancel anytime, up to 2 small changes each month plus a basic site check. This is separate from Plans 2–4. Extra payment options (like PayPal) cost extra at launch if you want them.
